    1/2 Pita Bread
    2 Tbsp Ceasar's Garlic Lovers Hummus
    1/4 cup arugula
    4 slices of both a roma tomato and cucumber
    3 Kalamata Greek Olives pitted
    1 Small Shallot


1. Heat a small pan on medium hight heat, in the mean time cut a small shallot in to rings, throw them into the pan and cook until brown. Once cooked remove from pan to cool.
2. Open pita bread and add all of the above ingridents.
