Ingredients

    Salt & Pepper as needed
    1 tbsp. hot pepper flakes
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    Ginger Root, 3 tbsp finely chopped
    *Sesame Seeds 1/4 cup
    *Honey, 2 tbsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Peas, frozen 1/2 cup
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    1 carrot, diced, lightly steamed
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup cooked
    Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro finely chopped (optional)

Directions

In a non-stick skillet on high, add the olive oil. Wait until very hot, then add garlic, sesame seed, hot pepper flakes, and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds, don't let it burn. Add the eggs directly into the pan and quickly scramble. Add the rice on top. Push the rice down and wait about 3 minutes, then add the carrots, peas. Stir. Push down rice again and wait three minutes. When heated through and browned to your liking, add the soy sauce and honey. Stir. Remove from heat, add the green onions and cilantro. Adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy!
