    Pineapple, fresh, 75 grams (or canned no sugar)
    Red onions, raw, ½ small
    Rucola lettuce, 20 gram
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 100 grams
    Pineapple Juice, 15 grams
    Pumpkin Seeds, 5 grams

Directions

Mix the apple, pineapples, red onion, and ruccola lettuce in a bowl..
Mix the yogurt, pineapple juice together (salt and pepper optional) .
Pour over salad and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
