1 can sweet yellow corn
Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Basil, 2 tbsp
Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Garlic, 2 tsp
Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
lemon dill seasoning blend, 1 tsp
1 -2 cups of Basmati Rice
Directions
Cook rice, allow to cool. Drain and wash the chick peas & corn and add all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve cold.
