Introduction

Easy to make crockpot chili. Easy to make crockpot chili.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 (16) oz cans kidney beans, drained

    2 (14) oz can of tomatoes (cut up)

    2 lbs. Ground Beef

    1 large Onion

    1 Green Pepper

    1 Red Pepper

    2 TBSP - Minced Garlic

    3 TBSP - Chili Powder

    1 TSP - Black Pepper

    1 TSP - Cumin

    6 oz jar sliced jalepenos (with juice)

    2 TSP - Tapatio


Directions

Chop 1 large Onion, 1 Green Bell Pepper, and 1 Red Bell Pepper. Brown 2lbs. of ground beef. Mix the ground beef and chopped onion, green pepper, and red pepper into crockpot. Stir in the remaining ingredients below.

3 TBSP - Chilli Powder
1 TSP - Cumin
1 TSP - Black Pepper
6 oz - Chopped Jalepeno with juice
2 TBSP - Minced Garlic
2 TSP - Tapatio
