Ingredients

Lamb, Cubed, 12 oz (remove)
Leeks, 8 leek (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
*Asda Passata, 300 gram(s) (remove)
*Beef oxo cube, 2 serving (remove)
Raisins, 0.3 cup, packed (remove)
Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 16 serving (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Slice the lamb into small think chunks, then marinade in yogurt and a good few tablespoonfuls of Garam Masala.Meanwhile, add the garlic and ginger to the oil in a large pan and heat for a short while. Add the leeks and onions and allow to cook for ten minutes.
Add ground coriander, ground cumin, paprkia, curry powder, stir to coat the vegetables, then add the meat and yogurt.
Add teh tomoatoes, stock cubes, passata spinach then let simmer for 90 minutes.
Serve with brown rice
