Ingredients

Meatball Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ pounds ground beef
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup chopped onion
½ – 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9X13 baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls; place in prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 18-20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.
4. Invite all your friends over and have a party!
Yield: about 4 dozen
