Introduction

Moist & sweet, made with almond flour and rice flour. Moist & sweet, made with almond flour and rice flour.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup almond flour
    3/4 cup rice flour
    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    cinnamon
    all spice

    1 ripe banana
    1/2 cup milk
    1 apple, diced
    1 egg
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp maple sugar

Directions

mix dry ingredients. add seasonings to taste.

mash banana with a fork. add milk until the total mixture measures 3/4 cup. add other wet ingredients.

mix wet and dry, stirring until everything is combined.

spoon into a lined muffin pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes (or until golden brown on top).
