Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Green Chiles (Whole), 24 oz
*Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese, 2 cup
Monterey Jack Cheese, 1 cup, diced
    *1/2% Lowfat Milk, 3.5 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup

Directions

Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with no fat non stick spray. You may use canned whole chilis to reduce the prep time if you like. I used fresh roasted, chilis and pealed them myself. Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of Chilis then a layer of Montery Jack cheese and then a layer of the shredded cheese. Repeat. Mix the Milk, egg substitute and flour together and pour over the chili and cheese layers. Place and bake in oven at 375 for 45 mins to 1 hour. The casserole will rise and look puffy and will become a rich golden brown. The center will be solid when it is done.
