Ingredients

½ pound chicken, beef or pork
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1 medium onion
4 curry cubes
1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Cut the meat into cubes.
Peel and cut the potatoes, carrots and onions into cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat and brown.
Add the potatoes, carrots and onion and fry until the color starts to change.
Then add about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook slowly until tender.
Turn off the heat. Add the curry cubes and stir until dissolved. Simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Serve over hot rice.
