Ingredients

    2.5 LB Chuck Roast (with fat trimmed)
    4 med Russett Potatoes (Skin On)
    8 Carrots
    1 Large Onion
    Garlic (to Taste)
    Pepper (to Taste)
    Mrs Dash (to Taste)
    Thyme (to Taste)
    Cumin (to Taste)
    Celery Seed (to Taste)

Directions

Trim the fat from the roast and cut into chunks. Wash and cut up the potatoes into medium pieces. Peel and cut the carrots into 3-4 inch sections. Chop up the onion.
Add everything to the slow cooker, season to taste, and cover with water.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
