My family makes this all the time and it is wonderfull. We use the George Foreman grill too. It is so easy to make. You can add any pizza toppings you like but in small amounts. You will never feel deprived. It is also a very inexpensive meal to make. Add a size salad to this meal and your set. A+++ - 6/20/09

I make these all the time, but I bake them in the oven at about 400 degrees so that the edges of the tortilla get brown and the cheese melts. - 3/3/09

    Very Good
I made this last night with a few changes. We only had flour tortillas so I cut the cheese and sauce to compinsate for the added calories. It was still really good and totally fulfilled my craving for something cheesy! Not to mention it was quick and easy! - 11/12/10

    Good
I made this recipe but I used 2 tortillas. I put the quesadilla on my pre-heated teflon griddle and weighted the whole thing down with my large cast iron skillet. When the first side was brown, I turned it over and and browned the other side. I cut it into 6 wedges with a pizza cutter. Served 2 - 8/26/08
