Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup ( can substitue with any cream of ... soup)
    1/2 cup h2o or milk
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup onions
    1 sleeve of Ritz
    1/2 stick of salted butter
    2 large chicken breasts
    poppy seeds (optional)

Directions

Boil chicken in Heavily seasoned water (seasonings of your choice, such as seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powde)Dice carrots, onions. Chop broccoli. Saute in a tbsp of the butter. Pour into large caserole dish. Pour in can of soup and h20 (or milk) Season with desired seasonings. I like salt pepper garlic and onion powder, sometimes cumin. When the chicken is cooked, remove from water, dice and dump into the caerole dish. Mix together (tsp of poppy seeds) with 1/3 of the sleeve of crackers, crumbled. flatten out evenly in dish. Crumble the remaining crackers on top of the caserole evenly and dot with the remaining butter. Place in oven at 350-375 for 30ish minutes.
