Introduction

High in sodium (which is good if you're like me and have low blood pressure but bad otherwise).
Servings are about 500 calories... not health food, but super cheap and easy. You can add more vegetables easily. It makes a little bit of food go a long way.

Ingredients

    White rice
    Ground beef
    Teriyaki sauce
    Soy sauce
    Seasoning salt
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Garlic powder
    Onion

Directions

Cook rice with butter

Brown ground beef
Add everything else to ground beef & fry
Add rice, stir & fry about a minute

Eat!
