Ingredients

2 onions, sliced
1 1/2 lb. beef short ribs
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. paprika
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustrad
2 garlic cloves
1 c. light beer
Directions
1. Put sliced onions in bottom of crockpot
2. Brown ribs on all sides.
3. Mix flour and spices in a large plastic bag. Add the browned ribs and turn the bag to coat the ribs.
4. Dump the bag contents on top of the onions.
5. Pour the beer over the ribs.
6. Cook on low in a crock pot or a slow oven (220-250 degrees). Can be done in 4 hours, but 12 hours is better.
