Ingredients

Oats, 2 cup
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.25 cup, hulled
Pumpkin Seeds, 0.25 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
Vanilla or Almond Extract, 1 tsp
Honey, 0.5 cup
Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup
Red River Hot Cereal, 1.5 cup
Cooked Quinoa, 4 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet at 300 F for about 30 minutes our until golden. Allow to cool. Store in sealed container. Yummy!
