my son is a super picky eater and he LOVED this recipe. I pureed the brocolli, once soft and then from there added all the ingredients starting with half milk - and adding slowly to desired consistency. I didn't add any water at all. And I recommend adding butter & chs to taste. Very good recipe - 10/27/08
