    Rainbow Trout (fish), 250 grams
    Rice brown medium grain cooked, 200 grams
    Cabbage, fresh, 200 grams
    Beans, pinto, 100 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 100 grams
    Leeks, 100 grams
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp


Boil the rice and mix with the beans
Put the fish in tin foil and add the oil and seasonings (e.g. pepper + parsley + coriander) and cook in the oven for 15 minutes
Cut the the vegetables and steam then for few minutes
