Introduction

Use this as a salsa, over salad, or on it's own as a side! Use this as a salsa, over salad, or on it's own as a side!

Ingredients

    1/2 bag of frozen corn, thawed
    1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can roasted tomatoes drained well
    1/2 cup red onion, diced small
    1 cup of parsley, mince well
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    1-2 Tablespoons lime juice

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together and serve!
