Ingredients

Lentils, 1.5 cup (remove)
Kale, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
*Sweet Potato, baked, 1 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.50 cup (remove)
Almonds, 0.25 cup, ground (remove)
Directions
Cook 3/4 cups of lentils . Drain
Steam peeled sweet potato or garnet yam and mash with the lentils
steam or sautee the thinly chopped kale or collards. drain and add to lentil mis.
Sautee chopped onion and stir in 1 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 1/2 tsp goound curry powder
cook quinoa and add to mix with egg, garlic salt, lime, and ground almonds.
heat the oil. Form into patties and cook each side then place try on tie 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 10 1/2 cup burgers
