Introduction

This is an easy recipe I make with leftover steak and veggies that I tend to always have on hand. You can add the soy sauce in any amount to suit your taste, but I find that 2 tbsp is usually good enough to get a good flavor on the dish. Ingredients

    1.5 tbsp Vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic
1 stalk fresh celery (about 10" long)
8 spear fresh asparagus (about 7-8" long)
5 spear fresh broccoli (about 5" long)
1 cup mushrooms (any kind, chopped thick)
1 cup cooked steak (chopped into bite sized pieces; recipe is calculated for bottom round tri-tip)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    salt and pepper

Directions

Finely chop the garlic, and then sweat it in a large pan with the vegetable oil on medium to medium-high heat.

Chop up vegetables to evenly sized pieces and cook in pan until mushrooms begin to brown. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Add steak to vegetables and cook until warm throughout. Serve immediately (leftovers refrigerate well).
