    1 c wine vinegar
    1 c Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    stir til disolved

    cook 1/2lb of rotini noodles

    add veggies, cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni or whatever you prefer let marinade overnight and ready to eat.
