Ingredients

3 Tbsp Hormel bacon crumbles
1/4 C onions (I usually use green onions)
1 C chopped broccoli, cooked (I use frozen chopped)
1 C half & half
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 C shredded swiss cheese (2 oz)
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Directions
Sprinkle bacon, onions, broccoli in pie plate sprayed with non-stick spray (I use Pam Olive Oil spray).
In medium bowl, stir together half-and-half, flour and eggs. Stir in cheeses. Pour over tomato mixture.
Bake at 375F, 25-30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
