Stir-fry veggies and tofu, you can't even tell you're eating tofu! Stir-fry veggies and tofu, you can't even tell you're eating tofu!
Number of Servings: 2


    1/3 block of Extra Firm Tofu
    1/4 shredded or grated carrots
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
    A handful of diced Red Bell Peppers
    1/4 cup Green Beans
    1 tbsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Mushrooms, fresh
    1/4 of a 10 oz pkg of Broccoli, frozen
    1/4 cup Snap peas
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Heat oil in pan on medium-high, until you can hear it sizzle. Add the vegetables and tofu; stir-fry for 10 minutes. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and ground ginger. Stir-fry for another 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Serving Size: Makes two servings.
