    5 lg.baking potatoes peeled,cut in peices and boiled til done. Drain off water. Mash with potato masher. Add 1 cup diced raw onion and 1 12oz. can Libby's Corned Beef. Season to taste. Go easy on the salt. Mix all ingredients together. Put in Baking pan. Bake @ 350 degree pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or edges are crispy to your liking. ENJOY!!!!!!
