Introduction

Light, spicy and Seductive.... Light, spicy and Seductive....
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Mushrooms - sliced
    2 TBSP of oil (blended)
    3 Scallions
    2 Cloves of garlic
    2 tbsp of ginger
    7 cups of Vegetable, fish, or chicken stock
    1 TBSP of vinegar
    2 TBSP of Soy sauce
    1.5 lbs of white fish such as halibut, sea bass, or roughy cut into cubes
    6-8 oz of spinach, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oils, cook scallions, garlic, and ginger until soft. Add mushrooms, cook another 3 mins. Add stock, vinegar, and soy sauce. Boil, reduce heat, simmer about 5 mins. Add fish, spinach and simmer for another 4 mins. Salt and pepper to taste.
