Ingredients

    3 cans of beans drained and rinsed( red, navy, black)
    Garlic chopped - to taste
    Red onion chopped - to taste
    Fresh Cilantro - one bunch chopped
    Juice from two limes
    Splash of olive oil

Directions

chop veggies add beans, oil & lime juice. Mix and serve. Great the first day, but better the next day.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 cups
