Introduction

Ingredients


    1 tbsp coconut concentrate
    1/2 cup raw milk
    8 oz. raw cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese or raw yogurt.
    2 tbsp burn baby burn hot sauce
    2 tsp - Spicy Heramare
    1 cup brown ric broth
    4 oz raw cheddar cheese grated.

Directions

Cook the brown rice pasta according to directions. Keep the brown ric borth from after cooking the pasta. Set aside.
In a sauce pan mix all the ingredients except the pasta. Once the sauce in smooth and in the cooked pasta. You can eat it just like this...or you can move the pasta into a Pyrex 13x9x2 dish and add in the raw grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Note' This dish freezed will. do not bake it now if you are going to freeze. Sprink the grated cheese on top and add 1 cup of brown rice juice so that it will be moist after freezing.
