Number of Servings: 5
Ingredients
-
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 Cup of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
16 oz bag of coleslaw mix
˝ Cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
1. Combine chicken and BBQ Sauce into a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded chicken. Let simmer.
2. Place cabbage into a large bowl. Place mayonnaise, sugar, mustard and honey into a small bowl and mix together. Pour and stir into cabbage until combined.
3. Spoon BBQ chicken onto bottom rolls. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw then close with top rolls. Serve with a green salad Enjoy!
* Also good if you skip the rolls and just have the chicken and cole slaw over a salad!
**I like to roast two chickens for dinner the night before and reserve some of the breast meat for this meal the next day. Makes it super easy to put together
Serving Size: Makes 10 Sliders
