Using the whole wheat pasta helps add a little helft to the meal. I used sriracha sauce for my chili-garlic sauce, but it is up to your tastes. Ingredients

1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
12 oz cooked chicken, shredded
12 oz whole wheat spaghetti or udon noodles, cooked and drained
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 medium red, orange or yellow bell peppers, sliced into matchstick-sized pieces
Directions
1. In a medium bowl stir together vinegar, green onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger and chili-garlic sauce. Add chicken and stir to coat.
2. In a large bowl, add noodles and drizzle with sesame oil, tossing to coat. Add chicken mixture and toss to combine.
3. Serve with bell pepper strips on top of noodles.
