Ingredients

    mozzerella cheese
    spinach ( fresh or frozen)
    pork tenderloin
    oregano
    rosemary
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Slit tenderloin down center and fill with spinach than cheese. coat with olive oil and than sprinkle with rosemary and oregano. Bake at 400 for 60 minutes
