Ingredients

    1/2 Chicken Breast, No Skin
    Sprinkle of Penzey Spice Fajita Seasoning
    1 La Tortilla Factory Large Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1/4 Cup Fat Free Kraft Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 Cup Part Skim-Low Moisture Shredded Mozzarella
    Spray Pam
    1 tbsp Water

Directions

Coat skillet with Pam. Place Chicken into pan, put 1 tbsp water and sprinkle Penzey Spice on Chicken. Cook Chicken through. Shred Chicken with fork.
Coat skillet with Pam. Place tortilla into Skillet. Cook both sides until a little bit crunchy. Place cheddar and mozzarella cheese onto tortilla and let melt. Place Chicken on top of melted cheese and fold over tortilla.
Cut into 4 triangle slices.
Enjoy with 1 tbsp salsa for dipping, only 10 cals!
