Garlic, 4cloves
Mushrooms, fresh, 3 pieces of baby bella
Spinach, fresh, 3 cups (half bag of Jewel Cut Leaf Spinach)
Shrimp, raw, 6 oz (about 24 shrimps)
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Add olive oil to pan.
Saute garlic about 1 min.
Add mushrooms - cook till brown.
Add shrimp - cook till colored.
Add spinach - cook till wilted.
Add pepper for taste.
