Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
1 can College Inn Chicken Broth
    (its 99& fat free)
A little water if needed, depending how "al dente" you like it. By adding water you can rinse out the chicken broth can.
    Optional:

    Be sure to refrigerate leftovers.
P.S. If you want quicker cooking time, use minute brown rice. This may affect nutritional value.

Directions

Put all ingredients in large saucepan.
Bring to boil, let it simmer.
Cooked till desired firmness.
(brown rice grains begin to swell, crack open and slightly curl)
I have also just cooked this on medium heat. This is a flexible recipe.

Servings are 1/2 cup - A little more if you added more water.
