    1/2 c. cooked brown rice
    8 asparagus spears
    1 c. dinner salad
    2 tsp. full-fat dressing, your choice
    1/2 c. water packed pears
    dill

Directions

Grill salmon steak seasoned with fresh lemon and dill. Serve with brown rice, steamed fresh asparagus, dinner salad with salad dressing and pears for dessert.
