Tomato and cucumber salad Tomato and cucumber salad
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Three pints of grape or cherry tomatoes
    Two large cucumbers
    1/4 cup sesame oil
    2 Tbs Adobo powder
    Diced cilantro (option)


Directions

Slice tomatoes in half, add to large bowl.
Peel and dice cucumber, add to tomatoes.
Drizzle sesame oil over vegetables.
Sprinkle Adobo powder over vegetables and stir to combine.
If adding cilantro, add most and stir to combine.
Top with additional cilantro.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 servings.
