    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Chick Peas, Garbanzo, Carlita, Canned, 1.75 cup
    * Garlic, 3 tsp
    * Ginger Root, 4 slices (1" dia)
    * Celery, raw, chopped, 300 grams
    * Yogurt, Butterworks Farm, Nonfat Plain, Vermont Artisan O..., 2 cup
    * Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 7.5 oz
    * Spinach, frozen, 453 grams
    * Turmeric, ground, 2 tbsp
    * Curry powder (or Tandoori Marsala Powder), 4 tbsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
