Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar (Original), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Barilla Plus, 8 oz (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package (I like rotini) combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill in fridge - at least one hour, overnight if possible.
