Ingredients

    1 bag of cole slaw mix - about 7 cups
    1 pkg of ramen noodles, chicken flavor
    1 small bag of slivered almonds (not included in nutrition info), if desired.

    Dressing:
    3 tbs. vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    ramen seasoning mix

Directions

Break up ramen noodles and brown with almonds (if desired) in oven at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

For dressing, mix vinegar, sugar, oil, and ramen seasoning mix in a bowl.

Mix everything together about 30 minutes ahead of time.

Serving Size: Makes 10 0.75-cup servings
