Introduction

3/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
Tiny dash salt
Stevia and vanilla extract to taste

Ingredients

    3/4 cup chia seeds
    2 cups almond milk
    Tiny dash salt
    Stevia and vanilla extract to taste or other natural sweetener
    cinnamon optional

Directions

Mix ingredients. Let stand. Stir with fork every 5 mintes or so. After about 30 minutes it will thicken to a consistency similar to tapioca.
