    Very Good
For those who can't have peanuts: I substituted the peanut butter with sesame butter and it tastes the same. Delish! - 1/28/08

    Incredible!
delicious flavor! This is really easy pretty quick. It also keeps well. I used more sweet potato than called for (about 2 whole), and used a less spicy pepper (not jalepeno.) I also got fresh chicken, diced it up, and cooked it quickly in a non-stick pan before adding it. The rice goes in uncooked. - 12/4/07
