Ingredients
-
210 grams Short crust pastry
75 grams extra lean ham (diced)
41 grams swiss cheese
1.5 cup nonfat milk

Directions
Turn the oven on to 220C degre and put the oven shelf half-way.
Spread some wholemeal flour on the worktop and roll the pastry to a very thin layer.
Whisk the eggs, adding the milk, season with a pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
Once you have laid the pastry in the dish, make holes in it with a fork, spread the ham then the cheese. Pour the mixture of eggs/milk over it and put in the oven for 30-40mns
The quiche is cooked when you put a knife through it and comes out dry (exactly like you would do with any cake)
