Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup minute rice
    1 cup water
    1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions

brown ground beef and onion over medium heat. add soups and celery. stir in rice and water. spoon all into a 2-quart casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. add chowmein noodles for the last 15 minutes.
