Ingredients

2 medium slices of italian bread, or some crusty bread.
1 oz. thin sliced prosciuttto
1 slice,(1 oz) fontina cheese, or good melting cheese.
2 arugula leaves
1 Tablespoon fig jam
Olive oil flavored cooking spray.
Directions
1. Preheat panini grill
2. Top slice of bread with cheese, prosciutto, arugula,
Spread 1 tablespoon of the fig jam on other slice of bread.
Put the two slices together.
Coat the outside with cooking spray.
Place in the panini grill. Cook for 3,or 4 minutes. Or untill golden brown and cheese has melted.
Cut panini in half befor serving.
If there is no panini grill, use a heavy skillet or griddle, place tinfoil on sanwiche and top with another heavy skillet or pan. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes, then turn over and brown the other side.
