    1 La Tortilla Factory soft n delicious wrap
    Mangos, .25 cup, sliced
    Avocado, .25 fruit without skin and seeds
    Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    Sriracha Hot Sauce, 1 tsp
    Cilantro, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice, juice of 1 wedge
    Ham, 2 slices
    Mesclun, 1 cup
    Cucumber, 0.5 cup slices (matchsticks)


Take everything, throw it in the wrap, roll like a burrito, eat. Done.

This can also be quite good with carrots cut into matchsticks instead of the mango. In that case, you can also add a tablespoon of chopped mint leaves--the lazy man's Bahn Mi.

(Make sure to wash the cilantro well--it grows in sandy soil. Easiest way is to grab the bit you want, dunk it in a wide glass of water, swish around, and wait a minute. Then lift it out of the glass--the silt will have dropped to the bottom. If you pour out the water instead, the silt will just go right back on the leaves!)
