Ingredients

    4 - 4 oz frozen salmon fillets
    1 - 10 oz pkg frozen peas
    2 lg onions diced
    5 - lg carrots diced
    5 - lg celery stalks diced
    1 bunch asparagrus (steamed) added last
    1 bunch green onions chopped
    2 cups wild grain rice
    Braggs Organic Sprinkle
    Lemon Juice of 1 whoile lemon

Directions

cook all veggies except Asparagus till tender, drain and reserve broth of veggies.
Add rice and Braggs seasonings cook for approx 20 minutes.
Ten minutes before competeion readd veggies to rice and finish the 20 minutes.
While rice cooking grill Salmon and steam Asparagus.
Place veggie and rice mixture on plate place, fillet of Salmon on top.
Sprinkle Lemon juice on top of Salmon.
