Introduction

Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick
    Confectioner's Sugar, (sifted) 5 cup
    Reese's Peanut Butter Chips, 1 cup

Directions

1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add the confectioners sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition and scraping down the sides of the bowl often. Continue to beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. In a double broiler (bowl in a pan with boiling water) melt your peanut butter chips.

3. Add the melted peanut butter chips and beat until thoroughly blended.

***Makes about 5 cups, which is much more than you'll actually need for one Birthday cake, ergo the serves 24 type o' calorie count.
