Introduction

A combination of gelatin, sugar-free vanilla pudding, and tapioca pudding mixes in whatever flavor desired. Match the gelatin flavor that matches the desired fruit. Ingredients

    Gelatin (flavor to match fruit desired) - 1 small box
    Sugar-free vanilla pudding - 1 small box
    Tapioca pudding mix (Jello Brand) - 1 small box
    1 small carton sugar-free whipped topping (i.e. Cool Whip)1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

Blend together gelatin, vanilla pudding mix, and tapioca pudding mix in a bowl. Add 3 C. boiling water. Stir until gelatin and pudding mixes are dissolved. Chill until partially set and fold in whipped topping and fruit. Serve immediately or chill until served. Refrigerate any leftover amount.
