Ingredients

    7 oz. canned Atlantic salmon, drained
    3 cups whole grain rotini
    0.5 cup fat free Italian dressing
    0.5 cucumber, diced
    0.5 large Roma tomato, diced
    0.5 large bell pepper, diced
    0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1.5 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika

    You can also add sliced black or kalamata olives if you have them (will change the nutrition information).

Directions

1. Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well blended. You can either enjoy right away or refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors combine.
