Introduction

Wanting vegetables and craving some Asian food. This is yummy as it is or you can add some cooked chicken or shrimp as a side or add in already cooked so it soaks some of the lovely flavors into the meat/fish. Ingredients

    2 Tblsp olive oil
    3 Tblsp ginger
    2 clovesgarlic
    1/2 cup onions
    1 cup chicken stock or veg stock
    5 cups Broccoli
    4 cups bean sprouts
    1 cup orange bell pepper
    3 cups mushrooms
    2 Tblsp Fish Sauce
    2 Tblsp Oyster Sauce

Directions

Add olive oil to wok heat low add ginger, garlic & onion. Mix oyster & fish sauce with chicken stock Add to wok. Follow with the vegetables and cook until all veg are crisp to what you like.
